Frequently Asked Questions
The Risk Program begins on the first Monday of every month.
For each of you, the results will be slightly different, given that everyone faces different challenges. In general, however, here is some of what you can expect to achieve:
• An expanded understanding of what a risk is (most of us have a very superficial definition, which limits our ability to access a risk’s true power).
• An awareness of where your fears and cognitive biases have shaped—and continue to shape—your decisions, AND YOUR FUTURE, without you realising it.
• Discovering that lifelong habits are not as fixed as they seem.
• The ability to enjoy each day’s surprising journey, rather than only valuing those fleeting moments when you’ve achieved your goal.
• A newfound ability to consistently keep your promises to yourself and others. When you say you'll do something, now you do.
• A deep sense of being a person of action who is no longer held back by fear or excuses.
• An emerging willingness to break out of your reactive patterns and truly think: When you reach the end of the day and realise you’re nowhere near completing your five risks, that’s when your creativity kicks in. You’ll find yourself exploring opportunities and avenues you’d never considered before.
• A greater ability to confront and explore difficult thoughts: When we’re frightened or ashamed, we often avoid thinking about what causes those feelings. By consistently stepping beyond your limitations, you’ll gain the confidence to face and explore these thoughts more comfortably.
• And many more discoveries that we’ll explore on your personal journey through the risk program.
1. Unlike most programs, you won’t be prascticing alone. I take 5 risks a day right beside you. Just like a partner in a marathon or a spotter in the gym. This is something we do together.
2. You and I check in with each other every day. We share our 5 risks over whatsapp. I comment on the ones that stand out to me. Look for places you might be stuck.
3. Other people will be taking this program at the same time. While it is currently optional, I encourage you to share your favourite risk with the group each day. It’s good to connect with a group of like-minded people on a similar journey to yours.
4. Unlike other programs where you learn a technique and MAYBE remember how to apply it later, here we learn by doing. You take the action in pursuit of something you want THEN explore why it worked. It's far easier to repeat a technique when you actually experience the real-world impact it has on your life.
5. What do you have at stake that you’re willing to fight for? It's an important question we'll explore together. We'll focus on taking the steps that will help you accomplish everything you're here for.
6. Also important is that the program has a strict 5 strike rule - if you do not follow through on 5 separate occasions, you will be asked to leave the Risk Program.
Knowing you can be kicked out will help you FINALLY push past those places where you usually quit.
7. Lastly, this program is about you growing in the way that YOU think is best, not the way that I do. So, each week there is a coaching call to explore the lesssons from the previous week and to consciiously recognise your victories .
Just as importantly, I'll show you how to reiase the bar and gain even more from your upcoming week.
You have two options here:
Option 1: GROUP COACHING:
All participants meet via Zoom for 30 minutes. We'll cover all the necessary lessons and focus on the experience of one or two particpants.
Use that as an opportunity to look into your own life and see how it applies.
Options 2: PERSONAL COACHING:
If you prefer my personal attention to learn the lessons faster, for a small number of VIPs, I offer my coaching at a deeply reduced price.
in BOTH cases, we will tailor fit this program to your personal goals and needs.

Having a consequence for not following through will help you take this program far futher than you might otherwise.
As such, I have a strict 5-strike policy. Here’s what earns you a strike:
1. Not completing 5 risks a day.
2. Not updating me on those risks before your bedtime.
3. Missing your weekly coaching call.
Accumulate any combination of these for a total of 5 times, and YOU WILL BE REMOVED from the program.
Yes, you can re-join, but there are a couple of conditions.
If you're removed from the program for not following through, we'll have a conversation to be certain that you're ready to commit fully this time.
If you're accepted back and you hit your five strikes again, that will be your last chance to participate.
I am far more committed to your success than I am to you repeatedly paying me for a program that you never finish.
It depends on whether you're particpating in group coaching or want my personal coaching.
The prices are $400 USD and $700 USD respectively.
(NOTE: in either case, you and I still text and update one another each day.)
Well, conceptually, you can do it as often as you wish. However, my intention isn’t for you to take my programs repeatedly.
I've designed the risk program to teach you lasting skills that empower you to keep advancing on your own.

Absolutely.
Not only that, but in my personal coaching I do more than coach you for an hour.
You come to me with exaxtly what you want to achieve and where you're gettings stuck.
I will then teach you techniques specific to where you're stuck.
We not only practice these techniques during the coaching session, but I give you structure to keep practicing them. I then follow up with you via text each day to see how you're doing and will offer advice and adjustments as necessary.
