A few years ago, I found myself facing severe social anxiety that was unlike anything I’d experienced before. At the urging of a friend, I began to deliberately confront my greatest fears by taking 5 risks a day.
While he speculated it would take months for me to balance out, I was amazed that after only three weeks, my future had changed forever.
